  • An error code (699) appears when I enter payment information.


    It indicates that the card is not supported for authentication payment..

    This site adopts 3DS (authentication) payment to prevent the danger of payment errors.

    Enter card information → Confirm payment information → Identity verification (Enter Password) → Transaction authorization

    The error code (699) will appear when the specific card is not supported for 3DS (payer authentification) authentication payment.

    Please, contact your credit card company and ask them to adopt 3DS payment service (free of charge) or try to use another card for payment.

  • I am trying to pay with my mobile phone, but the payment window doesn't come up.
    When the pop-up window function is deactivated in your mobile phone browser, the payment window cannot pop-up. Please, activate the pop-up function in the setting, and then, proceed with your payment.

     

    iPhone/iPad : Setting > Safari > Deactivate pop-up blocker, deactivate warnings for forged websites

    Mac : Open Safari and choose Safari > setting (environment setting) on the menu bar.

     

    Web site : Choose the option for allowing all or part of pop-up windows.

    Set-up on the security tab for displaying a warning sign in case you visit a forged website.
  • I can't log in.
    Your ID for log in is your e-mail address.

    Please, enter your e-mail address.
  • Can I watch videos repeatedly?
    Yes. You can watch videos without limit for 1 month.
  • What web browsers can I use for watching videos provided by Infidelity Solution?
    You can use Explorer, Edge, or Chrome, but we recommend Chrome.

     
  • Where can I ask questions regarding Infidelity Solution?
    You can upload your questions on Inquiries' located on 'Notices'.
  • Can I watch videos on personal computers or mobile devices?
    All videos can be watched by personal computers and mobile devices.

    Errors can occur depending the type of web browsers.

    Using Chrome is recommended for personal computers.
  • The video keeps being stopped while I am watching it.
    There are many reasons for the streaming being stopped.
    Our videos are serviced by Korea Hosting for streaming and the stoppage of streaming is hardly heard of.

    In some cases, the Internet environment where the customer uses the service can cause the stoppage of streaming.
    Please, make sure that you use stable wifi when you watch videos on mobile devices. Make sure that you use proper wireless lan environment when you watch videos on PC.
  • Can I watch the video again?
    Yes, you can watch the video repeatedly for one month after you make the payment.

    You must make payment again if you want to watch the video after one month.
